Start date postponed to Sept
We received notice that the space won’t be ready in August. The painters and electrical are behind schedule. As a result, we are pushing the tentative start date to September.

Chess equipment has arrived
The club equipment has arrived. We will be using 8 wood boards, with triple weighted plastic pieces and 8 clocks! 16 Chairs have been purchased, and 4 8ft tables are coming. 2 months to go until the start of the club!

The space is coming along!
Framing is done! HVAC and electrical is being installed now. Shouldn't be much longer before sheetrock/tape/texture/flooring. We are still on schedule for a late August start.
